Sandra earned her stripes as the first women Executive Secretary of BMA, its second women president, and the eighth president brought with her presidency skills learned at Westinghouse Electric Company, where she worked in several administrative capacities. 

Sandra worked for the U.S. Customs Agency, where she served as the Equal Opportunity Specialist. Sandra used skills honed at Westinghouse and the U.S. Customs Agency that gave her the experience to run a premier business organization in the greater metropolitan area.
