Harold D. Young
Harold D. Young has thirty-one years of legal experience representing persons in various legal matters, including estates and trusts, family law, small businesses, non-profit organizations, and public housing communities.
He is the former Director of the Maryland Office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He served in that position for thirty-one years. Harold was president of the Baltimore Marketing Association, Inc.
He currently serves on the Board of Penn North Plaza Senior housing, Heart Disease Prevention and Training Center and the Manasota Branch of the Association for the Study of African American Life History, and the Baltimore Marketing association Scholarship Foundation, Inc.
A graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Maryland State Bar Association member. Harold also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Virginia State University and a Master of Arts in Urban Planning and Policy Analysis from Morgan State University.
Harold and his wife, Carolyn, have two adult children and four grandchildren.
