Barbara formerly worked in several key management positions for Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company. She was the first woman vice president of the Baltimore Marketing Association. She advised several BMA presidents and members of the Board of Directors. 

During conflicts, Barbara was called upon to “steady the ship.” Barbara’s institutional knowledge, sense of fairness, and unique management skills strengthened the organization for decades.
